People often ask how often I practise Yoga. The answer is 24/7. It is me!
YES!!!
What a beautiful way to arrive in yoga. It is really powerful how teachers, guides and colleagues can nudge us into the deep. I'm am glad you met the right people at the right moments in your life, that you can share your journey with us too. Thank you for sharing.

Getting gready with your questions lol but seriously keep the coming if you like

Flavoured water is basically bottled water with flavour, my current favourite is mango and passionfruit

Occasionally drink milk but most often it's just on my cereal at breakfast, I do drink fruit juices too

@Firefly a question for you as you currently seem to be the only one asking, will you marry me? (haha joking) you have a great figure, do you work out?
Flavoured water...mmm passionfruit!

I'm not available for marriage at the moment. But I am happy we can be friends.

I don't "work out" per say. But from childhood have lived a very active life. My family rarely traveled by car, preferring foot or bike. We went on "romps" in the woods every weekend, and we all played various sports and martial arts. Now, I continue many of those habits.
While this past year has been a hard one, and in many ways I feel heavy because of it. Little by little I have been inspired to get back on my yoga mat, or get out for a hike, or go for a swim.

So working out isn't for keeping a good figure, so much as I just have an active lifestyle.
@Walks your name suggests you like walking....is it true? what kind of walks do you enjoy?

I speak two languages, my native language and english. English mostly I have learned at school (since I was 6), did some courses and a lot gave me just talking with ppl in english. English which we were teached in school is slight different than english you talk in UK :p I mean not words, but way you speak, accent, slang :) I had to get used to that style of english :) Even now after quite few years when I talk with someone I thin 'what the fuck is he talking about...?' :p I was learning german for 7 years at school and uni but without luck, I think it's becouse of teachers... Had really good english teachers but awful german teachers :p

So @Firefly now yours turn, have you got hobby? How it became your hobby? :)
Yes, English in the UK is heavily loaded with idiomatic expressions, it really can be a bugger for second language speakers. But...then again when I chat with some of the people up north even that gives my head a spin. I think language is so fun like that though...it isn't a can do can't do so much as a continuous process of learning. I'm sure if you were to meet a lovely German lass you wished to communicate your German skills would pick right up ;)

I have many many hobbies. But recently making stamps is a fun one. I saw a rubber stamp book at the library in the summer which caught my attention. It has been good fun designing and carving little stamps and then making a right mess stamping things. All my Christmas/New Year cards this year are stamped.

@Firefly do you ever dabble with stockings and suspenders ? ;)
I don't, sadly.
If I had the sort of life where such play was a reality I am sure I would enjoy it. But I'm not really one for frivolity so it seems a waste of time/money as stockings aren't practical clothing for me.

That's cool, my Parents never learned to drive so we walked and cycled around a lot too, a good way to keep the blood pumping and stay fit

The marry question was my poor attempt at humour

To answer you question honestly it's now become a little ironic, It's a nickname that I had when playing sport (not because I was lazy and walking around the pitch though lol) however these days the legs don't work like they should and walking much is out of the equation

@Firefly what sports did you used to play or practice?

Well may I say firefly from everything I've just read your outlook on life is a open book stockings and suspenders may be a thought in the back of your mind open a childhood filled with open playful places I believe is a happy go lucky carefree child a adult finding that same person whose a happy kid at heart is a lucky find for any adult it's rare but stockings and suspenders definitely do play a part as well as long walks holding hands and piggy backing the girl who makes your life worth a heartbeat from your life what ever age because that heartbeat is the one that stays with you forever;)

Old nicknames are the best.

I play rugby, taekwondo, swimming, cycling and practice yoga.

@Firefly I had an idea that you practiced Yoga. It's the way you refer to it. Just intuition, I suppose. I'd love to hear about your experiences of it.

@Cazz From the Live Versions and Under the Covers threads, You seem to have a wide taste in music (great taste :)). Could you say something about the music you love and the music that has influenced you or has special significance for you (if you wish to answer that).

Perhaps give us a Desert Island Discs - Five albums you'd take on a desert island.

Used to play this game with sex toys you and a play partner would take. Now perhaps there's an idea for a new thread?

@Magicminx You are a mystery and and enigma at the moment ;). I love your style, though. Please could you tell me something about your interests and passions outside of the UKChat universe. I know you don't like jigsaws.
