Feedback on new chat interface

How come I can leave message or reports in here but in chat room Iam disconnected every few minutes but here can go on for any length of time have now been told that it may be if I use BT Fiber could be problem after was told it was Internet Explorer could be the problem
It driving me mad why is it like this when things were running ok before hand

This new pop-up what you posted after you post in forum is annoying AF...can we not do that anymore? It often fails to reload the page, so your post remains as if it hasn't been posted yet in the edit section, and I am finding I have to manually reload a page to get more if someone posts after...annoying AF... also it is poorly auto-sized, so you can't even see it properly when using the forum on an android device (in my experience)...

This screen size issue is still unresolved from last year when the new ads were added, presumably they are the cause of the screen sizing issues on smaller devices...would be nice if it were one day resolved.

Also, to add insult to injury, if you f5 after posting, it refreshes the page, fine, but you reply is left ine reply box.

Get a grip coders this ain't a new invention!

I know you are just the messenger, but you're in dangerous territory friend...why do we have to confirm if we are sure we want to like something? Are reactions going to start costing money or something and this is like confirming that we should put the transaction through?

Then it gets itself in a tangle as to whether I'm logged in or not...

This Forum thread was originally started in 2022 regarding an issue at that time. To get into chat, you need to click on the About tab on the Forum page.

Those of you that left chat because of the new software.. Why? Please be specific. We're trying to determine the pain points people have experienced when moving to the new system.

Example of useful feedback: "I find it difficult to use @ instead of tab for autocompleting peoples names", or "The font is difficult to read"

If you see a post that describes your issue already be sure to like it so we know multiple people agree.

The chat on this app is so laggy ,when i send pic it logs me out everytime and when i try n select another room doesnt open needs sorting asap

My only issue is being disconnected if I move to another site and the tab at the top shows a number. The number used to be if someone messaged me but now it seems to be the number of messages in the room?

Is there any way the amount of emoji responses can be increased. We’ve had the same few for a long time now and not all are any good as responses to posts.
