A woman gets a face to face appointment in her local GPs surgery. "I have uncontrollable flatulence. Fortunately, there is never any smell or sound. It's happened a couple of times during this appointment. But it's still so embarrassing when it happens during important business meetings!"

The doctor grabbed his prescription and scribbled. "Try taking this and come back next week! Be sure to make an appointment on your way out."

She returned the next week. "Doctor, whatever you prescribed has made my flatulence smell absolutely terrible!"

"Good! We've fixed the problem you were having with your sense of smell! Now we'll work on your hearing problem!"
