Clear your cookies/cache as well as restarting your device.

We are aware that some chatters are experiencing connection/disconnection and lag/pending issues. So far, it appears to be mainly chatters who are with BT or EE as their ISP.

This has been affecting this site for some time. The site owners and site developers are all fully aware and they are working to resolve the issues. We as Admins and moderators can't fix these issues, sorry. So please don't take it out on the moderators.

As soon as we know any updates we will of course let you all know.

Clear your cookies/cache as well as restarting your device.

Been there done that not got the t shirt. And now tells me to log in and no matter how many time i try it wont let me and dont even tell me i have tried to many times! total bollox.

Thats what i get on other site Sugar. On this one messages just stop going to screen and i cant send.

Which country are you in ? Some countries are blacklisted due to spammers and scammers.

I am currently in Thailand, been ok up until yesterday, now I can log in, choose chat room, but when I attempt to join I am directed back to the main login page..

Here we go again! Got it working working for an hour yesterday and its fucked this morning. Log in messages come up on screen for 30 secs then sweet FA . Reload page and same thing happens.

Have you cleared your cookies/cache since being in chat yesterday ?

Please do a complete device restart including clearing your cookies/cache. You may also need to try a different browser.

Done that this morning after logging in and finding it wasnt working again. Done a restart on router and then cleared cookies/cache again (2nd time today) messages come up on screen for 30 secs then nothing. Send message to screen and greys out (pending)

BT Full Fibre,HP Chrome Book,Google. No problem on uk chat now or any other site.
