I was just thinking about this following a reply from a poster on my previous thread titled "Is this strange/odd" and was wondering what everyones take is on men or women who see their partners as their own in an ownership or possessive perspective?

If it makes you happy, and you're in control of your giving of control, then there's nothing wrong with that at all.

I've had a fair range of sub partners, from brats to the completely obedient. I have my preferences, and like the variety, but ownership and having my partner give themself to me is a common theme - especially the deeper that theme is explored.
