What are the legalities and rules of posting so called "hidden" pic shots of people without their permission or knowledge. I ask this as i've noticed a number of pics being shown that claim to be hidden shots

got to be careful not to break recently introduced revenge porn laws of which posting hidden shots of someone nude could be classed as

I was just talking in general, and of course agree with you completely Cypher on that aspect.

Even if a picture is not hidden, it is illegal to post an explicit picture of someone unless you have their permission to do so. How that affects pictures stolen from porn sites though, I've no idea.
