Just cant access chat rooms

Still no access to chats, 9 days now!

Have been going into chat rooms over the last few days and whenever I try talk in the room I my message goes grayish and I get a tiny pop up next text saying pending have I done anything?

Thread 'Chatters using EE/BT as their Internet Provider'

After collecting data from many of the chatters who are experiencing disconnection in chat and also pending on when they try to type, it has become apparent that the common denominator is EE/BT customers.

The site developer has looked thoroughly into this matter and it is not something that is being caused by the site or it would affect all chatters.
Whatever internet censorship system EE/BT is using seems to break long-running connections.

Just phoned BT to see if they can help. As i was waiting to talk to someone, auto person said they will run checks so the adviser will have an idea of what the problem is. Then before i spoke to anyone auto person cane back in and said they have found a problem and should be sorted by the 17th Feb. Dont know if it will fix this problem.

Just spoke to BT EE nothing they can do site issues apparently I keep getting disconnected messages pending but internet connection is fine so seems like site problem

It has been extensively looked into and it isn't a site problem. Chatters have spoken to EE/BT and they acknowledged it was a problem with them, which they told one chatter that it should have been resolved by 17th February. You need to speak to your internet provider again.

They said that there is nothing else they can do. I don't have any blocks on anything and they can't see any reason why I can't access chat rooms . It seems I lose connection. I'm not great on tech stuff but when I go on settings in room and scroll down there is to be what seems another internet provider ??? I don't what it is. Says using wise cougar anyone know what that is

Clean chat version says it uses "tender-baboon-86" rather than "wise cougar" and that one works just fine

Well mines back to dropping out again. Worked for about 20 mins on Thursday and logged in today and fucked again.
