Apart from pop up blockers, is there a way of stopping the home page redirecting to a cam site when you click to go in chat?

it is an ADULT chat site, so...............

That's not the issue. The issue, is that users are being redirected away from this site, to other websites that they didn't intend to visit, many of which potentially put them at risk of scams etc.
