You need to log in before going to the Chat option

Looks like I can get in to chat, but then it's constant "disconnected" all the time.
Running Windows 11, in the Edge browser, Chrome or Firefox, on a Virgin Media cable line. All the way from closing the site, clearing the caches, restarting the machine and restarting the router.

Some very odd going on!

What exactly is happening when you try ? Have you logged right out of the site and cleared your cookies/cache before trying to sign back in ?

Have you tried all the things @elwoodbluz1966 has suggested?

Maybe detailing exactly what happens when you attempt to log in would help them to help you? As would the odd please and thank you. Maybe that's just me?

Are you on a laptop/mobile phone?
What network/broadband do you use?

Do you get an error code? Constant circle loading? Thrown back to homepage?

Same was happening to me was told to click on the about button insted of chat I tried that and it worked OK I got in chat no probs

oh yeah its ok i havent said anything illegal. leaving an ex boyfriend outside naked would be fun i could laugh at him through the door and he couldnt do anything lol
