It's a good thought experiment. Often when masturbating I focus little by little on where I feel/ want to feel different sensation. I try to block out other sensations, so for example ignoring what I feel in my hands and focus only on the sensory stimulation in whatever body part is being touched. I think the only thing that stops me from posting a photo, other than Japanese laws about electronic distribution of pornographic content, is the feeling a photo doesn't suit the moment. If I have a shower photo, I'm not going to post it on Saturday that would just be inappropriate.
