Try to sign in a s usual. Go to Chat. Click on Naughty chat. Click on Accept ToU. Get error message and returned to list of chat rooms

That ban code relates to a ban from 1st May for a guest name. Are you still having problems logging into chat ?

I don't recall ever having a ban. Has been working fine until yesterday
