So I've got this pretty big crush on a work colleague/good friend, I think I've fancied her since we met around 6 years ago but it's only now really started to surface/grow.

I really want to tell her even though I'm already in a relationship and love my girlfriend to pieces but I just can't stop thinking about this other women. I don't expect her to feel the same way about me or anything to come from this and really worry about making it awkward between us at work and losing/ruining our friendship for good.
