So to update, Jane has been offered a last minute Halloween shoot and an Xmas shoot at the end of the month.

I had an interesting conversation with someone about Jane posing at the studio and they thought that she must really enjoy posing for her to keep going back and doing more shoots.
I think its maybe a bit more complex than that as she still moans about some of the outfits they have her wear and admits that she still sometimes feels really shy and embarrassed about getting into some of the poses while she’s posing but I think that feeling of doing it despite that and feeling a a bit “naughty” while she’s posing gives her a bit of a thrill and makes her feel daring and sexy for doing it rather than just her enjoying actually posing itself.
Interested to hear other’s thoughts on this.

As someone who has chatted to you about this a lot in the past I think that there are a few things that probably keep Jane going to shoots.

I think there will definitely be an enjoyment for her but that will be down to certain factors. One of the biggest being that her self confidence will have shot up since she started doing the shoots. The photographers themselves will help with that.

Another will be she’ll want to push herself to see how far she can take things, especially given how supportive you are of her doing the shoots.
I believe there will also be part of her wanting to prove to a certain other party that she can do these shoots.

I think doing the shoots definalely gives her a thrill or a sort of adrenaline high. Yes, she is definately more confident and a bit more daring in what she wears now as well since she started posing. I think as you say there is definately also an aspect of her wanting to "prove" how daring she can be also

So Jane did her "sexy Xmas" shoot last week and although I think it was pretty tame, basically just sexy miss santa and sexy elves type outfits, I think she had a lot of fun doing it !

It definately sounded like more of a "fun" shoot than the more revealing ones Jane has done

Thats a very good question as my wife Jane was incredibly shy when she did her first topless test shoot. It actully surprised me that they actually managed to get her to pose topless that first time. I really thought she would panic and chicken out when the time to go topless actually came. The women who work at the studio seem to be extremely good at knowing just how to encourage the women posing to push themselves a little further from their initial comfort zone each time they pose till they are doing much more daring poses

Jane loves "dressing up" and trying on clothes, shoes etc. I think posing at the studio, especially in shoots like the Xmas one gives her the chance to dress up in various outfits and shoes etc and also lets her dress up in some more "slutty" outfits without any guilt as she is being "told" to dress like that in those outfits.

I’d love to go in and see her posing but unfortunately no @IAmInWSussex52 as it’s a female only place with female photographers and assistants etc. it’s torture while she is in there posing , with me waiting and wondering what’s happening with her in there, as no matter how hard I try I find my mind wandering to what’s happening in the studio.
The first time when she did the topless test shoot was the worst as I wasn’t even sure she would actually go through with it. She was so nervous beforehand I was 50/50 on her chickening out before she got stripped off and actually got to posing topless.

They have used various strategies during her posing sessions to get her to pose maybe a little more adventurously and expose a little more than she is maybe aware she is showing.

As I mentioned in the post above I find it really interesting from Jane’s accounts of her shoots, how clever the female staff at the studio seem to be at getting the women posing dressed in just the right outfits and then poses to get maximum exposure while the women posing in front of the camera are almost certainly unaware as they are posing, how much is actually on show to the camera.
Jane also said that the women working at the studio she poses at had said that as well as the “naughtier” topless and nude glamour shoots Jane does, that they also do more “ordinary” shoots, like makeover shoots, baby bump shoots, boudoir and bridal boudoir shoots as apparently those sorts of photoshoots are very profitable. They told Jane they already have all the facilities for shoots those like a hair and makeup room and a large selection of suitable outfits for the women to wear at the studio, especially for the boudoir, bridal boudoir and makeover shoots.

I definitely wonder how many of the women who go in for one of those relatively tame shoots end up getting talked into posing a lot more daringly than they expected to and showing more flesh for their photos than they were expecting to when they went in to the studio or even getting talked into doing a topless test shoot just like my wife Jane did.

I’m guessing that the other shoots they do, especially the boudoir and bridal boudoir ones will probably be quite a rich source for potential new models with a few possibly up for doing naughtier shoots.

Has anyone else encountered anything similar at a photo studio ?
As I assume that must be how they get a lot of their models by persuading women who have already came to the studio to do a “normal” shoot.
