Why cant I join chat rooms

Hi for a good few days now unable to join any chatrooms once I leave the site and come back to it
This morning was on site and chatting left returned and could not rejoin the chat rooms it seems it only the chat rooms that are effected

Could you try please do a restart of your device after logging right out of the site, including the Forum, and also clear your cookies/cache before signing back in. This has been reported to the site developer. Thanks.

Any more on this, I’ve got the same issue too. IPhone …can’t get on now

I wonder if you could close my account please as I am unable to join chats and my profile icon is not one that I have any knowledge of. I am concerned that your security detergents are not secure.
