1) Do nothing…..we all have our reasons for being here and l think its of no concern of others so say/do nothing is the best option imo

It would depend which colleague .

Do things to let them recognize me, probably. And not worry about it too much.
This is a good place to be, if you need a place like this.

If it were my best friends wife....well ok if it were my best friends wife, I'd understand...but if it were the partner of a friend who adored their partner and were clueless ...i would feel all kinds of complicated feelings.

And then do nothing.

As Tabitha says..."that's not my business"

I have a slightly different question... what if you saw someone using pics of someone you know in real life as their profile pic (or whatever), but you 100% know it's not them?

I would still chat to them, to see who they were without telling them who I was and that I knew they were not the person they were pretending to be.

I used to have a naughty Twitter account but a colleague found it and, well let’s just say I had to deactivate it and he had to explain to his wife why he’s in a disciplinary for sexual harassment.
