webcam is not working !!HELP !!

that the text when i start web cam. i clean history cookies and browsers and still not working. updates are new on web cam and is working well on skype and different servers just thi sone make problems adn it was working be for!!!
any idea what is the problem ??

Have you tried a different browser? If you're using chrome, try Firefox, or vice versa. I also have chatters who swear by edge. Just tinker around with it

I tried Chrome-Internet Explorer and Edge-still cannot use cam.

Have you tried scrolling up and seeing what I typed. Firefox.
