How do I change my username? Mods said it's unacceptable but I can't find the option to change it and I can't delete my account?

The moderator was correct, you can't change your user name, you would need to create a new user name with a diferent email address. As for deleting your current account, should you wish to, the process can take up to 48 hours to complete.
