False I have no preference, soft cheeses can be rewarding, blue cheeses are excellent in their diversity semi-hard (cheddars etc) are great, hard cheeses, epitomized by parmigiano is superb in its role. All propper cheeses deserve respect and affection, as does real ale fine wine superrb aged spirits (50YO Armargnac was a real treat) excellent cuisine . I must stop, I'm salivating.
