True. Between about 5.30am Thursday and midday today i had about 6 hr sleep. Doubled that this afternoon so welcome to messed up sleep pattern!

Not bad, pruned some plum trees in the communal allotment, with my newish toy a battery operated pole saw, had a family Barbie at daughter's for gdaughters b'day, set up watering system in greenhouse on allotment, then travelled down south to the coast to fix a couple of things in an holiday home.
