Trouble with chat - IP address

Anyone else had this issue? I login just fine and when I try to enter the chat it says my IP has been flagged. This is only when I'm using mobile data as it was fine on my home WiFi. Not had this issue before despite using mobile data often to chat.

Are you using a VPN?, that might cause issues.
