I was googling the very thing a few days ago, back in my day they only came in single wheels... maybe 2cm diameter with little pins around the circumference... which you GENTLY run across the skin. the effect can be electrifying, erotically tortuous, mildly painful or ticklishly annoying depending how hard the person presses the pinwheel on your skin. Done with any kind of force, you'l hear safe words in seconds so totally counter productive.
my google expedition taught me they now come as single, double or multiple wheels ... n look a hell of a lot sharper than I remember.
