- When signing on to chat as a registered user, it hangs at the signing on screen and just stays there. This happens on both laptop and Iphone. Wifi or Cellular. I can connect as a guest ok

- Completely cleared Cache, restarted router, disabled firewall, tried different browsers

For the past few days, I have been unable to access chat as a registered user. If I am signed on in any way, it just hangs at the signing on screen. This is happening on both laptop and phone. I can access chat as a guest no problem.
