My mother-in-law separated recently due to her hubby's infidelity, which made my wife feel like we should spend more time with her.

My mother-in-law has always been flirty with me in what I believed was innocent, even in front of my wife (her daughter) and her hubby; which we always laughed off. Late last night she called my wife as she was upset, so we went to see her make sure she was ok. She was in her dressing gown, which i never thought anything of as it was late and assumed she was ready for bed, but later that night while my wife was out of the room, she opened her gown showing she was naked. She smiled at me and asked if i wanted some of it!!.

I have to admit, seeing her like that was a turn on, the fact we could have got caught was even more of a turn on. My issue is, should I tell my wife or risk it may go further?

If you do have sex with her in months to come, she will only regret betraying her daughter and it would make matters a lot worse for her and you. I would suggest she gets out more, out side of the family circle and meet someone to her boot her self image.

I have no intention of fuckng my MIL, does not so her from coming in to me. It is well out of character for her to go this far, usually stops at flirting. Now she is offering me anything and everything and is getting a little scary

No one else can really decide that for you, since it's you that has to live with whatever reaction comes from it.

As long as you aren't encouraging the behaviour, you've done nothing wrong. Probably best you avoid circumstances that leave you alone with the MIL, that way less chance of being seen in a compromising situation by your wife.
