Hi,

bit if an introduction I suppose, I’m Mae 24. I’ve been on the site about a year and a half and I‘m pondering how I feel about that.

I only discovered the Forums the other day and it’s been different and delightful to wonder through the myriad of chats I’ve found.

I guess I’m just trying to understand what people get out of either side of the site - Chat V Forums.

I’m curious if we think there is a shelf life for either? I was becoming a bit meh with the whole chat side and was pondering ending my association with the site (something that I’ve flirted with on several occasion of late).

Anyway - back to the question at hand - Shelflife, does anyone else have similar pondering

Mae, I for one, am very happy that you have made your way into the forums.

I do think this side adds a lot of depth to the experience here. It allows for more depth in conversation, more time for a tease, and a fantastic environment for exploring and learning about other people's kinks, personalities and interests (if that is a thing that is interesting to you).

Like chat, there are plenty of eye rolling bits about the forum, and an abundance of awkwardness...but I do think that they each have delightful bits to add to this adventure in anonymous adult communication.

As for shelflife....like all hobbies, like all relationships, being introspective, taking time away, returning to find new depth, and drifting off again are valuable parts of the experience. Of course we miss you while you aren't around, but we are happy, because we know you are off exploring other bits of your life.

In my time, I have though about leaving a couple of times if you scroll through my profile you will see the moments. Instead I found taking a break was the best thing.

So another day another cogitation.

motivation is key I think as well as an ability to be able to process then emotions one feels.

today has been a trial, what started out as a bright and hopeful day has descended quickly into a place of darkness and brooding. Introspection is a wonderful thing but to ponder too long upon a kernel of information/truth/suggestion means you dissect and identify issues that were never there.

Strange how chatting to just one person can create a change in the landscape of your mind. Well enough prattling on about my inner brooding and musing.

hope this day finds any who might chance upon this well and I offer you joy, grasp it where you can.

So today…..

well where does one begin!

Up early bright and sleeper, the familiar routine of dragging my sorry behind out of bed. First cup of Tea consumed by 6:10, 6th cup on the books and down the old food pipe by 9.

A decision to reached yesterday after much thought (about 2 hours of musing) and action was taken within minutes - what? I hear no one cry! well I’ll tell you just the same. I’ve limited my interactions in chat removing the random Guest PMer from the capabilities - I’m free I tell thee.

So more strategic and meaning chats were had, less waffle more chaff separating. Again I had interactions with a singular mind our thoughts aligned and conversation flowed how strange to be here.

Anyways the world seem less formidable of late and my thoughts are able to charter their course as the captain dictates - ware the iceberg of overthought.

i hope today finds you merry and content and your own course as well travelled as you wish.

until my next set of rambling I wish you good day.

Well what a funnnnn packed weekend….

so yesterday was bright eyed and bushy tailed as we headed off for morning football - they lost. , followed by afternoon football - they lost lol. Any one spot a theme!!

i say anyone I could just be talking to myself lol. Went out to IKEA after - I mean do I know how to live or what, but I got to eat the meatballs and chips sooooooooooo worth it lol.

Today was more relaxed, bit of a lie in which is unusual got up at 8 so I’m very relaxed. Went to the cinema this morning and then out for more dinner.

let’s see what tomorrow brings…

what an absolutely rubbish day. You ever had one of those days where everything seemed to conspire against yo? Best laid plans of Mice and Men and all that.

then the evening bringing news you didn’t want to hear coupled with contradicting information from the ‘Horses mouth’ which was rather unconvincing.

Hopefully today will be a better day…let’s see shall we !!

so the bank holiday has been and gone.
lots of highs to be had but also lots of lows!

let’s not dwell on what we never had but instead focus on what we did.

Pretty determined to approach this new work week with gusto- but I can’t see it lasting myself. My eagerness now is if for other things outside of finance.

so football was a high this weekend more points than prizes.

I joined a couple of years ago but never bothered doing anything with it. Just came back on a couple of weeks back and enjoying it so far . Just been on the forum really so far - not sure about the chat

not that I think anyone but me reads my inane rambling, but hey what the hell.

So a long weekend was made even longer when I got the arse on Saturday and then continued that theme into Sunday and got myself a chat ban. Turns outs I can just be belligerent even when I know the course of action I am undertaking will lead to a specific result.

Hopefully back tomorrow but I’m sure I’ve not been missed and infact some might have been relieved to no longer see my name in the lists.

It did mean I may have missed some important conversations but hey nothing that can’t be caught up on I hope.

The sheer volume of people who sit in sex chat rooms insulting and belittling people who are there for sex chat is amazing. I, like you, found the forums by accident but have found them to be a much better platform for more intelligent chat, sexual or otherwise

what’s occurring what’s note worthy, what moistened your imagination?

Well I’ve had a veritable rollercoaster of a couple of weeks more ups than downs but also some turns and curves plus the odd inverted loop to negotiate.

Read what you said here last year I took time out from here and this year life has twisted things around in such away that I going to have break soon from here but leave my profile up and running as I find this place very additctive.
