Problems viewing certain attachments

Hello, I hope someone can explain what the problem is. Most of the attachments are visible to me, but when I click on some of them I get a new screen up that looks like the attached screenshot.

Is it the case that I don't have enough points or reactions to be able to see them, or is there another reason? All advice gratefully received.

Looks like the poster has kept it private

Points and reaction score have no effect on how you view the site. Once you have an account, you can view all public content.

As Shambles says, the original content poster has probably put privacy controls on what they share, other times they may have deleted the original content, so if you follow a link to the content, you will get an error or bounced back to the home page.

I didn't know you could put restrictions on who saw what, but if that's the case, what kind of restrictions can the poster put on content?

They can restrict who can see their profile
