Possible Name Change

Hi I've emailed the help centre numerous times about wrong date of birth and if I can change my username. I was wondering is it possible to change your username name without making a new profile, thus losing trophies and likes. They haven't got back to me on any emails. Just wondering if this is possible if not I can make new account and gain my likes and trophies again. Thanks for any help or advice.
