Pending posts

Whatever I post in the chat rooms the comment remains pending anyone got any ideas. I use EE wifi with Norton

This has been ongoing for months, ukchat say its not their website and BT/EE was its not theirs. Also with the current issue connecting via mobile network and people getting banned notices. Not sure what is happening or how we go from her?
