Trying to log into chat rooms. Get sent back to page where you choose the chat room, with an error message saying I am trying to evade a ban.

Please can you help? When I tried to log on to the chat rooms via mobile data earlier it wouldn’t let me and said I was trying to evade a ban? I wasn’t aware I had been banned and if so, not sure why?

I've checked, there is no ban in place for your screen name. Are you still having issues ?
