The weather this morning is wet and windy, it's horrible. Had a new member of staff start this morning and when she arrives she looked rung out! Without thinking I said 'oh Katie, welcome. What a morning hey, you look dripping, better get you out those wet leggings' there was an awkward silence before I adjusted my bulge and helped her settle in. Wish I had be able to slip her out if them though. I'm sure we will get on well in the office haha
