Hi all, ive recently started working out at the gym and have idea of any routine in which to follow.
I find myself bouncing from machine to machine and not knowing 1)if im doing the exercise correctly 2) if im pushing hard enough
Does anyone have any tips on how to go about using gym affectively to maximise my time using it.
