Need help working out t the gym

Hi all, ive recently started working out at the gym and have idea of any routine in which to follow.

I find myself bouncing from machine to machine and not knowing 1)if im doing the exercise correctly 2) if im pushing hard enough

Does anyone have any tips on how to go about using gym affectively to maximise my time using it.

I have many different parts u could do to make yourself better in the gym all depends on what you trying to get from the gym, pm me if u wanna know more
