I think it's more a case of how comfortable you and they are about it rather than anything, also siblings gender may be a contributing factor I only have a brother so can't say how weird it would feel to be naked in front of a sister, but I don't think my brother would appreciate seeing me with my tackle out lol. Also if they are blood related or step siblings would also have to be taken into account.
