Mods or the lack of them

ok this site has a problem with mods or the distinct lack of them at times....having been on here for 14 months, at different times of the day or night, we have a problem with either no mods, sometimes for hours, or 5/6 mods all on at the same time.....this needs rectifying so the mods are more spread out time wise, and not all based in one section of the day or in most cases, evenings....

Because moderation isn't a paid job, they're dependant on volunteers to staff the site, which usually means the modding is done between other priorities (e.g. work, family, etc.).

However, perhaps your post would be better in the 'Official Forums' -> 'Feedback' section, where, one would hope, someone can take note and respond appropriately. I have seen a thread where they asked for volunteers to mod, but that was a while ago.
