Mods bending the rule's and breaking them

Ok being a newbie here I tend to think this is stuff for individuals to sort out and not a forum topic. The mods I have seen have been great. There are certain people who deliberately ruin chat with comsistant dramatics. I am not suggesting any names here but I see it alot. One indivual comes in and "owns" the room. They are not a mod but act like one driving chatters away with the ranting. Best place to deal with issues is in pm or block the annoyance.
I am not taking any sides or interested in drama as I avoid this.

The forums are the perfect place to dicuss as I mentioned before if u have a complaint your asked for prove. Which sometimes is impossible to provide. So there is no point contacting administration.
