Join in with the threads just have fun there's some truly lovely people here. A lot of whom have supported me through some very very dark times.
Wouldn't suggest the chat rooms until you feel stronger as they can be brutal at times.

Just try interact with people you feel comfortable with at first. Most on the forums are pleasant and will interact.

Be yourself, be honest and be respectful. If others aren't happy with that well tough sh!t.

It will get better, things do improve. Just give yourself some time and dont feel obliged to do or say anything you're not comfortable with.

There is no magic wand. Take the first steps. They're always the hardest but it will happen.

Living alone can be lonely at times.
I found through crossdressing secretly that it helps me.
Stops me getting stressed out.
Its not for everyone I know.
But having company and even a drink would help many who are alone.

Loneliness is something I know only too well. Lived on my own for 20 years now, met someone I absolutely fell in love with but she didn’t live in the UK and I spent huge amounts of time visiting for long periods of time.
