what do you mean?
Hands on a chair or stair. Something further up than your feet. Makes it much easier ;). I do something called drop sets so start with say 4 sets of 15 full pressups, then on the last set I'll do as many as I can until I can't do anymore, then after 10 sec rest I'll do half pressups until failure, then break, then inclined pressups to failure.... Killer lol
