Keeps saying I'm banned

Second time today site has said I'm banned can you please stop this from keep happening

Have you been naughty? It said I was banned recently so I cleared cookies and history and it worked ok. Alternatively message Elwood and give him the reference number (and letters), which appear next to where it says your account has been banned, and he’ll kindly look into it for you. Good luck xx

Pleased to hear it and your welcome, I’ve been banned for being under 18 when my profile has my real age on, signing in using a VPN when I never have and a couple of other nonsensical reasons. I think the system makes things up sometimes.
