Describe how your issue develops.

When I log into my account I can see the forums and my account details but I cannot access chat. Alternatively using the same browser and equipment I can log into chat as a guest but then clearly I am not able to access anything else

After I login I am failing to connect with any of the Chat Rooms but I am getting a code 500 and sometimes the note server error. Strangely I can get into chat as a guest from the same devices using the same browser. This occurs on mobile, iPad and LapTop (Android, Apple and Microsoft)

Similar to the above I get code 1006 and 3409 - messages I send go faint (as though pending) but never change.
