Hi Jen it would appear that the system has been changed and for some reason or other no one wants to assist I too have had issues with logging on with my Email address and password I even set up two tier security but Still no access and no support from the site or advice from moderators !!!

Exactly the same problem and asking for help hasn't worked.

Even although we have active accounts that had been verified it jus seem so wrong that we cannot participate in the chat and fun or even make contacts not sure how best to raise it other than keep reporting it x

Still no chatroom access despite admin trying to help by suggesting a new email address. Obviously something wrong with the software

Clear your cookies or use a different browser. You managed to specify a huge or tiny font size.
