Update: is fine on WiFi, but when it switches to mobile data it disconnects and bans me. Am on Smarty.

It is a temporary restriction, not related to the BT/EE issue. Please use your wi-fi instead of mobile data. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Ta. WiFi isn't a problem, apart from in the smoking area at work! Very slightly just out of range... but I'm sure I'll live. Any idea on timescale?
