It's purely random, sometimes it lets me in, other times it doesn't.

I find myself randomly banned from logging on to Chat for various reasons. Sometimes it'll tell me I'm a minor, and sometimes that I'm on some blacklist! I can promise you I'm an ordinary bloke, who's respectful and courteous to everyone either in person or online, not an international arm's dealer or leader of a stalking gang!

With all due respect that's bollocks! The fact that it's used different excuses (one that I'm a minor!) illustrates that the system isn't working.

This is the problem, once the system is shackled to automation there's no arbitration. My friend who set my system up, is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable technical guy, and he put rigorous malware detection onto my system. All I can say is, if it thinks I'M infected then God help everyone else!
