Every time I try to send a pic it says error not a registered user.

Hi all.
Wondering if anyone can help.
Every time I try to send a pic it keeps saying your not a registered user.
I am and confirmed via email.
I changed browsers tried on chrome and cm still nothing. Cleared cache only one window open. Any ideas?

I think it’s a combination of phone type and browser
I used iPhone 6S no issues
My iPhone 8 gives that error -regardless of which browser I’m on
