Anyone here got any experience of e-stim? Just got myself a tens machine and an anal probe, going to have a play around, but already found out that Firstly, putting the pads on your nipples is supposed to be dangerous, Secondly, putting the pads on your nipples is absofuckinglutely amazing!!! Mind you, I do wear nipple jewelry.

Hard to say from my own experience. I used the machine alongside physiotherapy, a hemp cream, and a daily exercise regime which I still do daily. I have fully recovered, but couldn't say with any certainty if the machine contributed.

At least you've recovered, tbh I've just lived with mine and worked around it when I have it. Cheers for the reply.

The wife bought one of those battery operated tap scrubbers , it comes with two heads a smallone with smooth brush and a larger one with a much rougher brush , Put that in and try running that up and down the perineum instant gratification gentlemen
