I've never had a doll myself and it's not my thing but you maybe the person to help me out if you don't mind me picking your brains as you say you have a lot of flesh lights?
My penis is around 10" when hard and fairly thick, this is not a boast. I have never found a male masturbator that I actually fit inside of comfortably. I've googled it and ordered some quite expensive ones that say they will do the job and they don't. Is there a longish flesh light or similar that you know of?
