We dont like traditional, found a recipe for a 'light' version we all love it basically the same but not quite as 'tar like' as most Xmas puddings

I want a Xmas where i drink red wine, brandy, and maybe the odd beer, gin and single malt. However, being teet otal thse days it sunl;ikley to happen, so yes in a nutshell.
