I used to until I broken my ankle

Unfortunately it’s not been good for 3 years. Still on with physio.

Never during the week becoz I leave the house at 625am on my bike to the office and i dont get back until after 6pm

Cycling swimming and walking although not replaced just doing more

in a week when I cycle every day I do 68 miles

Swimming is good but it is quite a pfaff getting there bla bla bla

Anywhere between 5-10miles normally.

Do you prefer a road bike or mountain bike

My bike (I only have one) is a road bike

No, I’m watching the rugby so that will be at home. Normally organise weekend stuff at last minute
