No I don't think the younger generation denigrate the services. I don't think they have the same admiration for them as the older generation. But that I believe is understandable as not as close to those whom have been in a world war. However, I think the conflicts that have occurred more recently have brought other issues to the fore which have brought less gratitude for the forces.

I'm not keen on heights. Although I often find myself pushing myself to conquer that fear.

Do you do something outside your comfort zone on a regular basis?

Yes, I talk to a mum at the school gates so she doesnt spend a 5th year standing alone. She chooses to wear her pyjamas to collect her daughter from school. It's an all year round event, summer / winter she's there with her jama bottoms on, sometimes matching top, always slippers.

Do you have a busy weekend planned ?

Been swimming already, done my washing, going out in a couple of hours with friends for a few drinks and having a meal afterwards. Long walk tomorrow and a bike ride.

Yes seeing my youngest daughter today then hopefully seeing a really good friend tomorrow
