Trying to stay on site and in chat rooms

I have been along with many others been getting disconnected every few minutes and it been going on about a week or two now you say you know about it and fixing it but nothing changes Iam using Brower and what ever you have said but it still the same out come

I use an iPhone and people say I keep showing as disconnect.

Hi... i keep getting messages such as "you are disconnected 3408" or "3409". It's getting worse. I use a PC (Windows 10 as it's still supported) and my connection is not through BT but still comes over the open reach network. If i am using the internet for any other browsing there is not a problem.... just on this site. Please advise what the solution could be.

These short messages do sometimes appear, even for us as staff. It isn't usually something that removes you from the site to the point that you have to log in again though.
