Started to really fancy my colleague who I've worked with for 6 years now, she's really kind, caring, beautiful and I can't stop thinking about her and she just makes me happy when round or talk to her . What do I do

As above mate. Offer to take her out. Take her somewhere fun where you can chat and enjoy each other’s company. Play it cool though, don’t get pouring your heart and coming on too strong as you may scare her off. Just tell her you enjoy her company and think she’s pretty. If she’s as great as you make her sound you need to make your move before somebody else does.
