Constantly aroused

Need some advice please. I'm almost 40 and my wife left. I guess she didn't like my self development and future plans. She left 3 months ago, but now I'm not sure if this is a rebound or something else that I'm feeling. I know I'm above avarage for looks and I also work out at home and get glances from women. Always been devoted etc etc and never strayed. I have only had 1 sexual partner But now I'm single I feel quite different and I just want sex all the time, I think about been dominated by women sexually can't stop my erection. I am quite shy and don't speak about sex. I keep feeling guilty for feeling this way and not sure if I should explore my feelings or wait to see if it's just emotions going haywire.
